About the event

Each workshop will cover the same information, giving step-by-step instructions to help you successfully plant pollinator habitat, and providing you with examples of completed projects done right here in Scott County. The courses will be taught by Scott SWCD Natural Resource Specialists, Meghan Darley and Hannah Plonsky.


The workshops will include:

  • The importance of pollinators in Minnesota

  • How to install different types of pollinator habitat

  • Ways to prevent flooding in your yard

  • Plant mixes for adding beneficial pollinator habitat
